About Dana Tabbara
Dana spent more than 20 years working in international finance, including senior leadership roles in global institutions. Her career took her across countries, cultures, and organizations. Her perspective continues to be informed by ongoing board exposure.
01 The path to coaching
Over time, Dana became increasingly aware that the decisions leaders make are only part of the story. There are also the questions leaders ask themselves, the assumptions they make and the things they may not always be able to see clearly on their own.
That recognition was part of what drew her to coaching and ultimately to creating InQuest Coaching.
02 The work today
How Dana brings that experience into coaching
Dana trained as a co-active coach and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Today, she brings together lived leadership experience and a disciplined coaching approach.
Coaching remains at the core of how she works. She listens, questions, challenges, and helps clients deepen their awareness, arrive at their own insights and translate them into conscious choices and action.
When it is genuinely useful, she may also draw on her executive and board experience and bring that perspective into the conversation.
