Private Leadership
and Executive Coaching
A six-month, one-to-one coaching partnership for leaders and professionals who want dedicated space to think more deeply about how they lead, the choices they are making, and the direction they want to take professionally.
The coaching is bespoke, beginning with the questions, priorities or areas of development that matter most to the client, and evolving as new patterns and themes emerge.
Coaching remains at the core throughout. When it is genuinely useful, perspective grounded in lived executive and board experience can also be brought into the conversation.
01 The fit
Who this coaching is for
We work with leaders and professionals in positions of responsibility and influence who genuinely want to invest in their own development and are willing to engage fully in the coaching process.
The work asks for openness, curiosity, and a willingness to explore important questions, consider different perspectives, and translate what emerges into conscious choices and action.
The relationship matters too. Every coaching partnership depends on trust and a sense that working together feels right on both sides.
02 The structure
The six-month engagement
The core coaching engagement runs over six months, with sessions typically taking place twice a month for 60 minutes.
The rhythm is intentionally flexible, with room to adjust the timing of sessions when needed. Occasional contact between sessions can also support the work where appropriate.
Toward the end of the six months, we review the work together and decide what makes sense next — whether to conclude the engagement, continue coaching or, where it makes sense, move to a lighter ongoing Executive Sounding Board relationship.
